Gentleman on the desk at time of arrival was extremely helpful and accommodating he placed us in a larger room as we had toddler with us and had a cot sent up which they even set up for us👏🏼 location is excellent for a range of activities and things to do during your stay same can be said for the quality of accommodation I would highly recommend👍🏻

Very easily accessible, in a safe neighbourhood, very clean room and bathroom, small bed but that wasn’t a problem for me since I travelled alone. Pillows were rather uncomfortable and there were no windows in the room I could open (I think a was facing a blind wall). All night long I heard a zooming noise coming from right outside my room, kind of like a very loud airconditioning, which wasn’t very pleasant (I stayed in room 103). But after a shower in the superclean bathroom, I was ready for the day 🙂

Our stay at Hesham's place in London was perfect. Everything was as described as for a very very reasonable price considering the location. Also we arrived earlier than our check in time but they were very accommodating and kindly allowed us the check in earlier than arranged . Would highly recommend
