We enjoyed our stay here, and would stay again. Like others we agreed that the home needs some TLC, but overall it was comfortable and was nicely decorated. The hot tub was great, and the stars were even better. It was clean, and spacious. Our only issue was the heat, the radiant heat was set at 50 degrees when we arrived and it took several hours to warm up to 70 degrees. Take note that we arrived when the temps were in the teens.

Very nice and seculted place, you do have neighbors but still very private feel. Overall the house was very nice and had all the ammenities you'll need. We saw abundant wildlife every morning and the awesome little town of Cripple Creek was less than 10mins away. We did have an issue with no heat (boiler system) or hot water the first night but contacted the POC and they promptly set up for someone to come out later that night or next morning, we opted for the morning; heat/water was fixed by 7:30am! We did have a supply of wood left from owners/previous renters so we used the wood burning stove to heat the house plus it was a nice extra romance feel. The hot tub was great! Only true negative was the main floor "shower" was a tub with a shower head that had no overhead mounting bracket so only shower you'll get is on the lower floor bathroom.

We had a great time! The cabin was nice, however needs some maintenance. Overall, a great place to stay!

Clean house, pet & kid friendly (loved the under stairs play room), nice back deck, and decent Mountain View.
