Richard’s place was more than what we anticipated. Great house clean and very spacious! Richard was easy to get in touch with and accommodated us for our out of the norm work schedule.

The house was great and had a well equipped kitchen. This was our 4th year and it had plenty of room for us. We come for Clemson games and with teenagers to infants, a different number is there each night. I couldn’t figure out how to put a different number for each night, so we booked for 13 people although we only had 6 one night. I would prefer a set price for the house. That’s the way it was the first 2 years and I found it clearer. We had a wonderftime.

Great location and value for a weekend at Clemson. Felt as though there are tons of rules and regulations to pay attention to, but otherwise a great place.

We loved staying here; we were in a central location to other activities. The place was exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for multiple families to stay together and enjoy each other's company.
