From booking to finish Chris's place was easy to stay. He was extremely responsive and kind. In the morning he made delicious coffee and there was breads and spreads. Occasionally there was fruit and yogurt to add to it. The rooms are on the small side and there are lots of stairs but all of it was very doable. There were two separate toilets and two separate showers per floor and there were seven to eight rooms per floor. I only waited once for the shower, for about 10 minutes. We stayed here 6 nights and were very pleased with all aspects. We would definitely return here when we come back to NYC. Thank you, Chris!

Place was very clean and exactly like the description. Host was very friendly & helpful, whenever I had a question he responded extremely fast!

Very good place to stay. Super nice and safe area close to everything. The room and bathrooms were in very good shape. The shared bathrooms and restrooms worked perfectly and we did not experience any queues. Would definitely recommend! Only negative was that we were told that there was free breakfast every morning from 8-11, but we came down to a locked door twice, which was a bit disappointing.
