*BEWARE* - the host has listings on several platforms and does not keep up with bookings. Be sure to message before paying for booking to check accuracy of availability. We booked this unit, almost $1K was immediately taken from our account, then 1 minute later the host canceled. Money takes 3-5 days to refund btw. He would not respond to message requesting reasons, however through Airbnb customer service we found out this unit was already booked through another platform. We had a major inconvenience of finding alternative accommodations the day we were to check in. Unorganized hosts are a nuisance. The host also does not properly manage the minimum days required to book so be sure to message about that as well. *JUST BEWARE*

Terrible experience. This place was clearly a house that was badly flipped after being the home of a smoker for decades. The smell of smoke infiltrates every single room and we left with the smell of smoke stuck on all of our clothes and belongings. I don’t think there is much that can be done about the level of smoke smell in the house, it’s permanent. Regardless, the house was poorly cleaned before we arrived and the cabinets and floorboards were broken. There is no HVAC that reaches the back bedroom which was an add on to the original house and the smokiest room of all due to the fact that it must have been a screened in porch or something before. There’s 1 vent but nothing blows through so we froze all night long… I’d assume very hot in the summer as well. Would not recommend this location to anyone for any reason. Save yourself the trouble and your wardrobe. Not sure how there are so many positive reviews.
