Our Metro Ranch, is close to everything, yet feels secluded. We have lots of animals. We have cats & dogs in our common areas. Our large house is open to guests in other rooms and other floors. We love plants and animals and hope you do too. We are surrounded by parkland so there are many activities to enjoy, like ; Biking, Fishing, Golf, Hiking, Kayaking, Movies, Shopping, and Swimming. There are many great restaurants and other venues close by. Sometimes, we plan meals, with our guests. A private room on the second floor of our house. There is a roomy open landing area with a beautiful desk and work area in a comfortable side nook. There is a bathroom that serves, the 3 bedrooms of the second level.

We really enjoyed our stay. By the time we left we felt very at home. Gina and James are both very helpful, along with their daughter. My daughter especially enjoyed her time on the ranch. We will be back.
Gina’s place is great. I felt right at home. I picked this place because it was not in the city and had safe parking for my car. Very easy check in and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Loved all the animals!

We have more animals than neighbors! Like us, our 3 neighbors are rather secluded.
Close by, we have... Fred Arbanas Golf Course, Shops, Restaurants, Post office,
Movie Threater. Bike Shop. Laundry Dry cleaners. Gusto Coffee. Long Bell Pizza, Subway, Longview Community College. Longview Lake Marina, Swimming Beach, Longview Lake Park with Walking, Running & Biking trails. Wooded areas. Rental Kayaks and Canoes are available with advanced notice. The Kansas City Zoo is 17 min. away.
Most of our guests travel by Car.
Though we are a biking community, Biking has its restrictions, like, how far do you like to bike and hills.
Walking is fun, it is exactly 2 miles to the closest coffee shop. No buses or public transportation, other than Uber or Lyft, are conveniently available.
I sometimes shuttle guests to or from the Airport, at a more reasonable rate, than others charge. Advanced notice required.
Metro busses can be accessed from the Zoo.
