Apartamentul se afla la 900 m de parcul IOR, si la 15 minute de mers pe jos de mall Park Lake. In apropiere gasiti toate magazinele alimentare: Lidl, Penny, Auchan, Mega Image etc. Este idel pentru cupluri, dar si pentru familii mari, avand o capacitate de 4-5 persoane. Se afla intr-un complex nou de blocuri, avand acces la un parc privat pentru copii, loc de parcare la subteran si paza asigurata de bgs 24/24. Apartament cu 2 camere cu o suprafata de 51 mp, compus dintr-un living cu o bucatarie open space si un dormitor cu deschidere directa la un balcon spatios cu vedere la gradina din fata complexului. Bucatarie este utilata complet si detine o gama variata de eletrocasnice: aparat de cafea, storcator de fructe, fierbator apa, toaster, prajitor de paine, cuptor eletric, plita cu gaz si frigider.
Terrible experience, I left after the first night. The host was not responsive as well. She wrote me to call her to enter the car park (the only way to enter and grab the main door fob and keys) but she didn't answered my texts. I called more than once and she never replied. She justified saying she cannot answer a foreign number. I entered following other people after one hour. I ran away from the apartment: dirty and smelly, with even food still on the cutlery! Toilet and shower full of black stain and hair and dust as it was never cleaned. Black stain in the fridge as well. Smell of unclean and dirty. Definitely bad experience and I suggest to avoid the apartment and the host. Since I left with these complaints, sending her pictures, she told me she would have refunded the remaining nights, but then she did't maintained what she promised.
Big and homey apartment, great place to stay, quiet neighbourhood, highly recommended.
All was very well for the stay. Easy and efficient check in and check out, and a good apartment .
