This apartment is so beautifully decorated with a large white luxurious leather sofa, gorgeous paintings and art work throughout to feast the eyes, and a gorgeous large mirror to reflect the Crystal chandeliers and open up the space. The apartment has been thoughtfully put together to offer a touch of luxury and make the experience staying with us at The Only ONE @ Eden on the Bay feel special. This apartment is perfectly situated on the beach Boulevard with lift and stairs leading to the front door with a lovely open entrance area. Parking - This apartment comes with two parking bays in the residents car park. You will take the lift right up to our front door from the residents car park. Stairs to beach and Boulevard - Perfectly situated stairs next to the front door leading straight down to the Beach Boulevard, shops and restaurants. You are steps away from the beach sand and the ocean. You will enjoy morning walks by foot from the apartment to The Daily restaurant or Truth Coffee where you can have all day breakfast and great coffee or onto the beach front where there’s a whole selection of restaurants to choose from. You really are situated steps from the beach to enjoy morning or sunset walks, surfing, wind surfing, kite boarding, swimming, Stand up paddle boarding, running or even a daily cold water dip in the ocean. Further down there’s an outdoor gym and plenty of room for an outdoor workout. This area is social and full of life. Also we are close to the Big Bay lifesavers club where there’s a local pub and monthly market. Everything is on you’re door step. Conveniently situated with easy access to Pick and Pay supermarket. This location is perfect. Bedrooms - The apartment has two bedrooms both with their own bathrooms. Bedroom 1 - KING XL Bedroom one is located next to the living room with a large King size bed with extra length and pillow top mattress and 800 thread count Egyptian Cotton sheets and goose feather duvet set. Lovely pillows and luxurious blankets to give you a cozy and special luxury feel while you sleep and lounge. This bed has electric blanket already set and ready to use for the cooler nights. This bedroom has en-suite bathroom with bath tub, basin, toilet and separate shower. Spacious cupboards for clothing. Bath and hand towels are provided on the beds and bath robe and beach towels are provided in the cupboard along with hangers. White venison blinds to ensure restful sleep. Bedroom 2 - KING XL Bedroom 2 is located before the kitchen leading from the hall way where you enter the apartment. The bathroom for this bedroom is en-suite and has separate shower, basin and toilet. This bedroom has a super spacious balcony attached with sliding door. The door opens up creating a large open feel for the bedroom with plants and garden feel. Very beautiful space making the room feel tranquil, This room has a large King size bed with extra length and pillow top mattress and 800 thread count Egyptian Cotton sheets and goose feather duvet set. Lovely pillows and luxurious blankets to give you a cozy and special luxury feel while you sleep and lounge. This bed has electric blanket already set and ready to use for the cooler nights. Spacious cupboards for clothing. Bath and hand towels are provided on the beds and bath robe and beach towels are located in the cupboard along with hangers. Black out curtains to ensure restful sleep. Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space to sit. Lovely kitchen island with four stools in the center which can be used as you’re dining area and more seating at the side with the cooker to have drinks and socialise while cooking. Coffee machine and plunger available with complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Tall single fridge and Washing machine plus drying rack is hidden in the cupboard. Unfortunately we don’t have a dishwasher or dryer at this apartment. The plates and cutlery are special and can’t go in a dishwasher. Our apologies ☺️ This is a spacious kitchen for entertaining. Complimentary Complementary Tea/Coffee/hot chocolate and more to enjoy with our compliments. Bathroom amenities are available at the property for you to use which is inclusive to make you’re stay super comfortable. Honesty Basket - We have an honesty basket at the apartment so you don’t need to rush out to the shops. Snacks and extra essentials in the basket are available for you to purchase. You will see the price list and the honesty jar for payment. You just need to put the cash in the jar. Lounge Area - The lounge area has the most awesome large white leather sofa with plenty of seating and lounge space. You will adore the sofa and large TV with Netflix and Amazon prime included for entertainment. The area has magnificent Crystal chandeliers, paintings and a large mirror to give a gorgeous luxury feel. The sofa area leads out to the front balcony with daybed and table and chairs to admire the ocean view from the balcony. Lovely for watching the sunset. Location location location. Keeping you warm 🤩 3 x Portable small heaters are available to heat each area within the apartment and they work very well. We want to keep you warm in the cooler months. Please switch these off when you leave the apartment for safety. 4 x hot water bottles available for personal use to keep you warm and cozy. We also have plenty of extra blankets to use while lounging on the leather sofa or on the outdoor daybed 🤩 Robes and slippers @ The Only ONE - We offer use of our Lovely white robes and slippers at The Only ONE @ Eden on the Bay. General - The location of this apartment is in Eden on the Bay with easy access to restaurants, shops and boulevard. Our steps lead down to the beach and the spectacular view of Table Mountain. The apartment has a high ceiling which gives the space a large open feel allowing light to flow throughout the space. Lovely balcony at the front with ocean views and large balcony at the back with lovely plants and tropical feel. You will love this wonderful space. We look forward to hosting you.
