If you’re not sure about staying at a bedouin camp at Wadi Rum, just do it. It is one of the most amazing and unique experiences you can have anywhere in the world and Aemn’s camp and family are incredible. Their knowledge of the area and hospitality will make you feel at home even if you are half way around the world. I can’t say enough good things about the time we spent here, we will definitely be back for a longer stay soon.

The stay in this beduin camp is very nice. The very dessert itself is beautiful and spending with friendly Bedouin only adds to the experience. For a price you can also get a dinner, which was amazing. The rooms are tidy, warm and you can spend the evening beside fire drinking tea and smoking shisha. There's also bathrooms that had running water (running in the evening, in the morning there was no water - I don't know the reason, but it's still in the dessert, so that's something you just have to reckon with. So overall the stay and the experience is very pleasant. You can as well choose to engage in several dessert activites such as jeep tours and cammel rides (without guides it's very complicated to explore the dessert on your own, it's usually cheaper to buy a stay and tour in one package) - in this case you dont have to pay extra 40 JOD for transportation from and to the camp.

Thank you for a beautiful stay in the desert! Aemn was very responsive and friendly. Everything was very clean and the chef Mahmoud was super helpful and kind. Our guide, Bashaar, was a polite young man with deep understanding of the desert and Wadi Rum's history and traditions.

Alloggiare in un campo beduino è stato molto bello e particolare! la sera eravamo noi più altri ospiti nella tenda comune a parlare e mangiare insieme. è stata un'esperienza molto particolare Bashar è stato sempre molto gentile e ci ha raccontato alcune cose interessanti sulla vita beduina.

Overall great experience in the desert. Experiencing the desert is one of the most amazing things I’ve ever done. There were many great aspects of staying at this camp, however I did feel at times that I was taken advantage of financially. This and the poor breakfast and lunch, was disappointing. There is no data or WiFi at this camp. It also does not serve cold water. The Dinner server was much better but I was only told at the end of the stay that in fact was a Bedouin Feast which in fact cost extra. Be more clear with your guests. Improvements needed. But overall great experience.
