Had a pretty bad and horrific experience overall. So everyone should really think hard and read below before booking this villa and spending so much money on it. We chose this villa to celebrate a friend’s birthday between 6-7 of us, travelling from about 90 kms away to this villa. Things were ok in the beginning.. we enjoyed the pool, music system etc. But things started to deteriorate as our stay progressed. The big problem with the place is electricity. The ACs just wont work because there is too much voltage fluctuation. The host Mr. Harish kept giving us assurances that the voltage will improve soon and the ACs will start working properly. Even assured that in case voltage does not improve, he will ask the caretaker to switch the generator on. But to our surprise the caretaker flatly declined to switch on the generator as he said it was not working. And this was 12.30 in the night. Lots of miscommunication was happening at Mr. Harish’s end on the phone. All of this was too much hassle. We went there to relax to spend a birthday, ended up in such chaos at night. Since the heat was unbearable, we had to leave the property in the middle of the night to salvage the situation. It was such an embarrassing situation for me as I had planned the whole thing, and was blamed by everyone for spoiling the birthday celebration. Another problem with the place is the villagers around the villa keep peeping into the pool area as the walls are not high enough. Total lack of privacy. Some villagers even kept asking us for food again and again. The host Mr Harish is also a strange man. After we left the property at night, he called me immediately and himself offered that he would refund half of my booking amount due to the inconvenience caused to us. Then again called me next day and the day after and again gave me the same assurance of refund. But then he just kept giving me the run around and always with a new excuse of why the refund was getting delayed. I finally understood he was not serious about the refund when he started ignoring my messages. Overall, the whole experience ended up being quite a nightmare by the end, when it should have been a joyful birthday celebration. I would advise everyone to think a 100 times before booking this villa.

A simple place nestled in between a village, farmlands and small woods. It’s away from the city and yet very very accessible. It’s got a small functional swimming pool and lovely sit out by the pool for meals and conversations. It’s got a lovely music system for you to connect your phone and play some music as you catch up with friends and family. The number of birds on the trees around the property are amazing and you will be greeted by bird sounds at any point of time during the day at the property. Nice lush green grass to walk around. It’s also pet friendly and even if you don’t have pets, there are cute dogs and cats around the property who are willing to keep you company if you want. There is a caretaker to take care of all the needs you have in terms of maintenance etc. Food can be a bit of a challenge and you need to plan for it in advance with restaurants around the place or make arrangements to cook in their fully functional kitchen. Also do reach out to the host before you check in and request a good deep cleaning of the place. They are very responsive. Also, do remember to carry your toiletries and linen along with your clothes. Overall a lovely place to spend a night or two away from home. It’s also got good mobile network coverage and a working wifi network in case you want to look at a staycation

We had a lovely stay at Green Stone villa. Mr Harish was very supportive and accommodative throughout the process. The property is also vey nice and peaceful, worth a visit for some relaxed time

We all really had fun and also with that cooperative ponam bhai but we had the issue with electricity and that pool side open place people from that village can easily watch us and that we felt bit disturbed in our private space or else it was really good place to visit and hangout again will love to suggest this place to many friends if only you covered pool side.

It is a very good place for a weekend outing with family and friends. Also a quick break with a small drive.
