El personal del hotel es muy muy majo, muy buena comunicación y facilitó mucho nuestra llegada y salida. La atención fue de 10 en todo momento. La habitación tenía bastante polvo, en las superficies como las meditas de noche, lampara y eso, y había pequeñas hormigas en el baño que salían de un hueco que había en la bañera. El WiFi no llegaba bien a la habitación, sólo llegaba si estabas cerca de la puerta, la televisión no funcionaba (no se conectaba a la red); estos problemas los comunicamos a recepción y se pusieron enseguida a resolverlo, pero al ser nuestra estancia de 1 noche no pudimos disfrutar de esos servicios. De todas maneras, dada la ubicación, la ubicación del personas y entendiendo que fueron problemas puntuales que están ya resueltos, lo recomiendo para futuros huéspedes.

Very nice location, totally quiet, room as shown on photos and very clean, helpfull staff, great breackfast! Small disapointment, the pool is closed at this Time of the year and it was not mentionned on the website. We would definately recommend the place!

The photos for the hotel showcase various types of rooms and state which you’ll get is based on availability. It does not say upfront that it would come with an up-charge. The room they gave us had a king sized bed, place for 1 luggage and we felt claustrophobic as the only place to sit was on the bed. We requested a bigger room, with a chair bc we were staying there for more than a night. They said it was limited but they would try to find something for us. They got us a room with two beds up right next to one another, a closet and another space for luggage, two chair and a side table, a tub/shower and a standing shower. We loved this! And we also loved the little balcony that gave us a street view! Of course we had to take it despite the upcharge. I just wish there was more transparency on the listing of what we are getting. Don’t post a picture of a king bed and a chair or a room with two beds and then charge more for it. That was not classy or honest! Everything else was great 👍🏽
