Mario's place is well-located, walkable to the Riva and other Split sights. It has great amenities, it felt very homy. Mario was super helpful for the check-in and check-out. Great place for discovering Split! Thanks, Mario :-)

We loved our 2-night stay at Mario's place. The view from the balcony was beautiful! There were only 2 of us, but the place could easily accommodate 4 adults comfortably (with 2 full bathrooms!). The apartment is in such a convenient location for sightseeing in Split. Don't be put off by the average look of the building from the outside- the apartment is great. It was really clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen was well-outfitted with everything you'd need to cook if you wanted. There is also a little convenience store very close by for juice, milk, eggs, coffee, etc. It was just after peak-season, so we didn't need the A/C. We were able to find nearby street parking both nights we were there, although I'd imagine that would be harder in peak season. We would absolutely stay here again if we visit Split on another trip. Great place in a great location. We checked in very late and it was no problem for Mario. Also changed our booking with very short notice and Mario was very helpful. Great space - everything you need. Some building work going on locally so bring ear plugs but that’s the same all over Split. Comfy beds. Air con in main room and one bedroom, which was fine in September. Nice and clean. Lovely to have 2 bathrooms. Would recommend.
