WARNING: photos can be deceiving. Our stay started with walking into an uncleaned flat— wet towels on the floor, unmade bed, dirty dishes in the sink. After reporting the issue immediately, the Charles Hope representative said they would call back with a confirmed resolution, but they did not— I had to chase them down. The “emergency clean” still wasn’t very good, but we were willing to live with that— I revacuumed and hand washed all the dishes that still had stuck on food. The reason we ultimately canceled was due to the music coming from the night club downstairs that started at 9 pm and ended at 1 am. We could not stay in Flat B for the remaining 8 days without the promise of a quiet night where we could sleep and feel rested. The lack of transparency around the night club felt deceitful by Charles Hope.

Lovely bright modern apartment in a great location and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Perfect for a couple or a business traveller looking for a convenient apartment. Would definitely recommend it!

Lovely well equipped apartment . All clean++. Had some problems with the internet hopefully teething problems and should be sorted soon .
