We stayed 1 night here and it was well worth it! It was down the road from the cathedral and old town, right by the river where there is a walking/biking trail just over the bridge and parking was a 2 minute walk away and is 4€ for 24 hours. It is a unique building that is quiet and clean, and for how close it is to the major amenities, you can't be beat. Also, Martin has self check in so you can get there any time. :)

Great value and walking distance to most of the prime locations in the city. Also a short 45 minute train ride to Paris. Would recommend especially to avoid costs of staying directly in Paris. The area felt very safe too.
