Great location with easy access to Hyde Park, trails and the FDR library and home. Liz is very available and proactive. The home is peaceful, lovely with great spaces for socializing and a stocked kitchen. Back yard is a great place to sit on a bench overlooking the stream or around a fie pit. One of my guests left a backpack and Liz reached out and was kind enough to forward it to her. I highly recommend this airbnb.

This house has so much space, peace, and quiet. Liz is an amazing host; she is incredibly responsive and friendly. She genuinely wants guests to enjoy themselves and have everything they need. We’d love to stay again next year on our family trip!

Great communication with Liz. Home as advertised. No perfume or mold smells-just clean. Perfect for our adult group of 2 singles & 1 couple. Each had our own level with private bathroom. Allowed us our own space plus more space to gather in the common rooms to play games, watch huge televisions & listen to music through the home’s sound system. Remember: the fire fueled hot tub is just that: a large tub of water for 3 (maybe 4?) adults to soak. It requires a fire to be built & tended. Our Jan 1 visit required 1 day for our fire to heat the tub to 105’F. Watch the fire, stir the water & take the water temperature to be sure it is how you like. You can also make fires in the outdoor fire pit & inside fireplace- so many ambiance choices. Be sure to walk the land to see the 2 waterfalls, canoe dock, hammock, sand box & play set. More child friendly items are inside: safety items, toys, dishes & furniture. Families won’t have to pack everything. Just ask Liz, she probably has it

I’ve been to many AirBnB’s in my life - not one was as well prepared & maintained for guests as the house of Liz. We had the perfect stay for Thanksgiving here with 7 guests. We’ll be back!
