katy's place is great! the lake is a stones throw away with restaurants and convenience store a short walk away. quiet and secluded yet everything is near by. I would stay again!

Katy's place is an ideal location for a number of activities while also being far enough away from the busy city life. It's a short commute to both K-Zoo and Battle Creek though everything one would need is only a few minutes away. The guest house has every amenity needed for short or long stays. I've been working out of town for some time now and Katy's place is by far my favorite. I've enjoyed my stay so much I booked for a longer stay! Highly recommended you will not be disappointed!

Very impressed! Katy was super helpful and accommodating for the entire stay. Perfect for long or short term stays. Katy also provided a lot of items that Airbnb’s don’t normally provide.

We gave Katy just over 24 hrs notice in need of a place to stay for my parents and she delivered! The place was perfect for a long weekend stay and she was a great host for my parents.
