A beautiful apartment that is perfect for a stay in Sandgate and to explore the surrounding area. Apartment was clean with some lovely touches and details making it feel like a home. We will definitely look to stay here again in the near future.

We used this place as a base for visiting my daughter over Christmas. Great place, more spacious than the photo's look. Very clean inside. Got an early check-in, which was wonderful as it was Xmas Eve. Would recommend and visit again, it was perfect for us.

We recently stayed 4 nights at this property, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, we encountered some cleanliness issues. I’ll not go into detail but it's worth noting that they were present in a few areas of the property. In response to our concerns, the host, Tom, demonstrated good communication and expressed a genuine commitment to addressing these matters. We appreciated his proactive approach. Tom explained he had a new cleaner and had not realised that there were cleaning issues until recently. He assured me that he intends to address these points and expressed gratitude for my feedback. However, I was a bit disappointed that the refund offered amounted to only £32. I've shared these concerns directly with Tom. The accommodation is in a lovely location and the flat has been decorated to a good standard. We experienced no issues with neighbours and the surrounding community were warm and friendly. We wish Tom the best moving forward and making the necessary improvements.

Tom was a great host provided perfect information about the property and accessibility. The flat was very clean and homely. Tom left a great welcome pack which was very very welcome as we didn't arrive until midnight, due to work commitments. We all enjoyed a nice relaxing stay and the location was perfect to visit our family near by. The access to parking was unfortunately full by the time we arrived, however that was not Tom's fault, luckily the flat is in a perfect location to access the free parking on the promenade next to the beach. Over all we had a fantastic stay, and would do so again. It was unfortunate we couldn't stay for our full booking. As work got in the way again. Thank you Tom for allowing us to stay in your welcoming accommodation.
