Marcus and Nancy have an amazing cottage in an incredible location situated on Bay Lake where the Montreal River flows through. If you are a Hunter/Fisherman, or just like the cottage escape, this is a prime property. Lots of fish in the lake and lots of hunting opportunities in the surrounding crown land. Neighbors are all extremely friendly. I Spoke to Marcus briefly and they are people that will go out of their way to make your stay at their cottage as good as it can possibly be. Very much enjoyed my stay at their cottage and was sad to leave! Thank you!

3rd year staying at this beautiful property. Marcus and Nancy are great hosts that are always responsive if needed. The cottage has everything you need and more!! The beds are super comfortable, views are unbeatable, wifi this year was an added bonus, fishing is great too!

This is my family’s 3rd return. It is a beautiful lakeside home that is peaceful, private and a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the communication this time was not good. They had lake water that is easy to boil for meals, safe for dish washing and showering. After messaging me directly in January after I booked my 10 day stay in the summer, they were excited to announce they had spring water. A few days before my family’s stay. I noticed on their listing that they still said to bring bottled water. When I messaged them a couple of days prior to our travel, asking why we still need to bring bottled water they then said we dug the well and now there is Iron in the water. I could not cancel as I would lose my $3000,000 and we had a celebration of life to attend 10 min away. We had no where else to stay. They were not sympathetic to the fact that We were to spend the next 10 days smelling like sulfure/blood. The toilet, bathroom sink and floor of the shower our stained dark yellow….

Absolutely perfect!! It was always my dream to be in a log cabin by the lake and this was certainly a dream come true!!! Thank you so very much Marcus and Nancy:)
