A fantastic Villa, exactly how it’s described and the pictures show online. Wonderful sea views from the balcony with the beach only a 5 minute walk. Kaliopi was very responsive throughout out stay and assisted us with anything that we needed. She provided us with an extensive list of venues to eat at in the area as well which was very helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a more secluded relaxing stay away from the main tourist areas in Greece.

The villa is lovely—expertly designed, large pool area with a beautiful view, high quality beds and linens, large bathrooms, etc. We were extremely happy with our stay and intend to book again. The villa is a 5-minute drive from Ágios Nikolaos, which has some very good restaurants, a small harbor and (most importantly to my kids) and excellent gelato place/patisserie. It is also 10 minutes away from Foneas Beach and 16 minutes away from Kalamitsi Beach. Kardamyli is a charming town just past Kalamitsi beach (but you can probably eat better in Agios Nikolaos). There are a couple of details that may be helpful for other guests to know in advance: * the upstairs level is like a mezzanine, without solid walls or a door. It has beautiful views from its wraparound terrace. In 40C heat, even with 2 dedicated AC units, this room can be a little bit stuffy during the day. * The door on each bathroom is made of tinted glass, and it is possible to see whoever is inside from the bedroom.

Just returned home after a wonderful stay in this amazing villa . Super modern , clean, peaceful and in a great location. Short distance to a beautiful fishing village with some fantastic places to eat . Kaliopi was very responsive and communicated well .
