The apartment is located in a nice area of Chicago. The rooms are spacious and everything is spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you need for a stay. The view of the city is also beautiful and the gym is a great plus. The staff at Kasa were extremely friendly and helpful and always responded quickly to our requests. We are completely satisfied with our stay and would book the accommodation again next time.

We loved our stay at Kasa. They accommodated our early check in which was fabulous so we didn’t have to deal with storing our luggage. Location was perfect. We walked to many places in downtown Chicago. Building was beautiful, clean and very secure. Apartment was bright and well equipped. Comfortable bed and very clean. We would absolutely go back.

We stayed at Kasa for 2 nights. The location is great, and the customer service is very attentive. There were some downsides that outweighed the good, however. Cleanliness and comfort is extremely important and should be a top priority for every guest. When we got to the Kasa we noticed that there was old hair in our shower. After traveling all day and coming back to sleep that evening we also noticed that the sheets, pillows, and blankets smelled extremely bad and mildew-y - as if they hadn’t been washed in a long time. It was very disappointing, however it was too late to ask for new ones, so I did the following morning at 7am. There must be a lack of communication between customer service and the team that cleans - they only brought sheets; no new blanket - and they never delivered them, which is unacceptable. The sheets are also not cotton and they are very hot, so beware if you are a hot sleeper. Great customer service response, but wouldn’t stay here again.
