This was my first rental through AirBnB so I wasn't sure what qualified as which stars. Renay was very easy to deal with and lovely, but the house needs serious maintenance. Many of the chairs were falling apart. It worked well for us but I am not sure it was worth the price. It isn't at the level I am used to travelling. I am used to renting through high-end villa services. But, again, I am not sure what people expect at this price. I just thought the house was much more run-down then I was expecting. So, if you would like a home in a nice neighborhood with a big yard, just know it isn't in the best shape.

Beautiful home but running down. Expensive price for deteriorating condition of house. Many features need fixing for it to be a good rental. Problem with strong sewage smell. Many air freshners attempted to hide problem but made nauseating combination. Windows must be kept open to reduce smell. Windows dirty and broken screens. Host quickly responsive to emails but did not fix some issues identified e.g. put up needed shower curtain but it did not function due to improper rod. Missing floor lintels cause tripping, broken shower knob not replaced. Provided breakfast snacks for first day and a pie which was nice.

Renay’s house was a perfect fit for the occasion we had, gathering of families out of state. Five bedrooms with big backyard and screen porch gave us opportunities to hang out.

Wonderful place for a cousin reunion. Five Bedrooms and a lovely outdoor gathering pad. Would rent again.

Renay's home is spacious and homey, and would be wonderful for a gathering of friends and family--lots of cosy spaces to sit and chat! The backyard is peaceful and lovely. It was summer when we visited, but I'm sure it is stunning in every season! Renay was a warm and responsive host, and makes her guests feel like family.
