Had an awesome time for a getaway weekend near Greers FerryLake. The lodge was spacious, yet each guest had privacy and comfort. Fantastic sunset view overlooking the pond!

What a delightful gem! The gorgeous lodge was all we hoped for and more - spacious, clean, tastefully furnished with comfortable beds and a great layout for a large group. Pictures do not do justice! We loved the gorgeous suites spread out on different floors, giving privacy to the couples, while several cozy seating areas facilitated togetherness. The lengthy dining room table was perfect for our family Thanksgiving dinner - with a cozy fire in the hearth to one side. The roomy kitchen accommodated numerous cooks. The youngsters enjoyed playing air hockey in the rec room while the men played cornhole. We enjoyed daily walks in the peaceful, lovely setting. Payton communicated promptly and graciously. The family treated us most graciously going above and beyond to accommodate our group from four states. We loved the retreat the James family has lovingly created. We will always treasure the memories this gorgeous place facilitated and are grateful to Payton and her family.
