very nice neighborhood. very roomy house. has a very huge living room that i wasn’t expecting so that was a plus. all together it was a perfect place to stay for the week. however lock your cars !! very safe neighborhood but someone was pulling car door handles one night and mine happened to be unlocked. doesn’t happen too often and thar night just so happened to be me. nothing to fear though, there will always be thieves. just have to take it upon yourself to keep your valuables safe. 12/10 stay

We had to leave unexpectedly for a family emergency...but even with checking out early, we were pleased with the value of the home. Terrance does an awesome job with this house; as i'm sure he does with his other properties as well. If we return for the tournament next year...we're already looking at booking this home again. It's the perfect place for a few couples, or a family. We lo ed the size of the den! Everyone had a spot to hang out together and talk. The grounds were neat as a pen with plenty of room in the drive as well as the back yard. 10/10....we'd absolutely book the property again.

This AirBnB was perfect for the 5 of us plus our two small dogs. Very spacious so we were not on top of each other, so to speak. We had an issue with the hot water not working, but Terrance was very responsive and promptly had it repaired. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who would be looking to stay in the area. And thank you to Terrance for making our stay comfortable and safe.

Terrance was great to work with. He was very quick to respond and eager to help in any way possible. The home is very spacious and clean. The neighborhood is composed of older homes, most of which have been well cared for, and it is quiet but easily accessible from town. A few minor things like adding bathroom hand towels and including a couple of baking dishes in the kitchen will elevate the stay for the next guest. I highly recommend considering one of Terrance’s properties as he is an attentive host.
