Private and felt like home. Louise was extremely helpful and responsive. Check in was seamless! Lovely location and walking distance to local cafe and beach. Could not ask for more - thank you for hosting me.

Thank you so much to Louise for hosting us! We were there short time en-route to our final destination but it was the perfect place to stop and have a wonderful and needed rest along the way. Louise's cottage is beautifully maintained and we are a really looking forward to come back! Be sure to stop by the local beach!

This cottage has some positives such as comfortable bedding and great location. TV, WiFi, A/C all worked well and appliances were presentable. However, the cottage is in need of extensive maintenance/updates and a thorough cleaning. It is obvious the neglect has been there for many years. Kitchen surfaces were greasy, bedroom carpet was dirty, the shower recess was mouldy and the toilet/laundry were especially dirty. There was dust and cobwebs in every room, as well as spiders and cockroaches. The front door lock was difficult to use and posed a fire risk. The back sliding door required great effort to move on the corroded track. I definitely would never stay here again, and would not recommend it.
