Tim’s place was the perfect place for our family of four. The location was incredible with amazing views and within short distance of multiple hiking trails. The seven dead pool trail was a perfect trail for a sunrise hike with the trail head within walking distance of the house. The house itself was impeccably clean including the hot tub. Luxurious touches with the quality of the towels and the pillows make for a really elegant stay. Not to mention the Keurig machine with free k cups to get your morning to a great start. The house has everything you need and more. With a modern washer and dryer to boot. And finally, Tim was super easy to work with. He was helpful in every way to make our Sedona trip a memorable one.
I’ve been staying at this property once a year for the past 5 or so years and just keep on coming back. Price is right, location is great, home is comfortable with great amenities, nice hot tub, Tim is responsive and always proactively helpful. After several years you would think the quality of stay could decrease. Not in this case, Tim consistently provides a great home and experience. Highly recommend!
Casa del Sol was the perfect house for our getaway weekend! Tim was a great host - very communicative, offering restaurant ideas and tips on what to do in the area. The house is located close to numerous hiking trails and just a short drive to downtown Sedona! The house is bright and welcoming with all the amenities needed for a great time in Sedona. The view from the front courtyard is spectacular! The beds were very comfortable and the home was spotless! We had a great time and we’ll definitely be back!
Beautiful spot! Great location, the view was spectacular. Tim was great, good communication starting a couple weeks before our trip and throughout our stay. Hot tub was great after a day of hiking. Tim's recommendations were very helpful and spot on. Would definitely stay there again.

I love Paris, Hawaii, NYC, Tokyo, going to the movies and learning about pretty much anything and everything. Curiosity is my greatest character asset.
