Host was very responsive and gave a large list of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Hosts were great and very helpful. Good communication. Proactive and informative without being intrusive. Many suggestions for local activities. The rental is close to many awesome restaurants and an easy distance from a variety of beaches. The condo was as described and perfect for our family of 5. Our teenage girls loved the loft, and the downstairs bed was very comfortable. There are many amenities . . . more than most places we have rented from. Especially of note was a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, tons of beach gear like chairs, sturdy umbrellas, and snorkel gear. We used those daily. The deck was very peaceful and cool in the mornings and a nice place to see the sun go down in the evening. Our kids loved the pool. Overall, it was a perfect home base for our laid back vacation. If you have very small children or mobility issues, there is a spiral staircase and you are on the second floor. Those were not a problem for us, but could be a consideration.

Beautiful place with ocean vibes! My kids favourite were the spiralling stairs to the top bedroom. All the amenities we needed were provided and much appreciated the beach gears like beach chairs, umbrella and life vests. Snorkels were there as well but we brought our own. The lanai was spacious and gave us a good view of the sunrise! Swimming pool was surprisingly spacious with a small hot tub that was a hit for our parents. Overall, the place was clean and very well maintained. Kitchen well stocked with all that we needed and new appliances easy to use. Downside was our dryer was broken though machine was new. However Kelli and Marc were quick and responsive to provide extra towels and laundry services as needed. They were always accessible and responsive throughout our stay. There are also three BBQs in the communal area that we used to bbq for the fam. The location was pretty central so it was 15-30min to markets, restaurants and beaches. Would definitely return 🤙🏼🌺

Great experience! This was one of the best places we’ve stayed at in Kihei! The condo was beautiful, VERY clean, well kept, and very well stocked! The kitchen had everything you will need including lots of spices, pots and pans, utensils, etc. The fridge even had an ice maker! We really appreciated all the beach chairs and towels, there were also umbrellas, coolers, and snorkel equipment! We even had a view of the ocean and pool from the lanai which was amazing at sunset! The pool at Koa is one of the best, especially for kids! The only downside was the dryer wasn’t working but Kelli was Amazing and proactive in offering any laundry services we needed! Our family had an amazing vacation in Maui, we saw tons of whales, turtles, even saw an octopus while snorkeling! Would highly recommend a snorkel tour to Molokini and Turtle Town! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay for our amazing vacation to Maui! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
