The Whispering Pines house provides ample space for many guests. The size of the rooms were nice. Clean and good quality furniture and furnishings. TVs in living room areas and bedrooms. Provide instructions for use of TVs. The kitchen included many dishes, utensils, pots/pans, small appliances, and other necessities. The pool was wonderful with direct access from the lower living room area. Reminder.... many sets of stairs for four levels. Access from the carport to the lower living room area was helpful.

We had a great stay. The walk to the beach on the paved path was beautiful. The house was huge with many places sit and relax and talk. The balconies are wonderful with outside dining. The pool was private and a nice size. The hot tub was clean and a nice addition. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots. The large bathrooms were wonderful. The house is close to shopping, groceries, and many restaurants. The neighborhood has many local residents as well as rentals. It was a great area. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back anytime we visited the area.

The place had lots of pros with a few hiccups. The house was spacious and loved that each bedroom had it own bathroom. The walk to the beach was pretty and not too far. We liked that someone came and cleaned the pool halfway through the week. The house was mostly clean but a few areas were definitely missed during cleaning. Dirty dishes from previous guests were left in dishwasher. The grill was filthy and there were leftover pieces of trash around kitchen trash can area. The description of the house referenced going to Duck Woods County Club, but when I called the Country club they said they didn’t offer anything for non members so we were very confused by that. Overall a good experience, just not a 5 star great one.

Updated with nice furnishings and bedding. The kitchen was well stocked, but could be updated. Love the built-in, icemaker, Every bedroom had its own bathroom plus extra bathroom on main level. Very spacious and well laid out. The pool patio is in bad need of cleaning and renovation. We asked twice for them to power wash, but they never showed up. Lots of mold on the concrete and pool privacy fence. Overall would recommend this place but disappointed that they didn’t respond Nord take it upon himself to provide a clean environment for the pool area.
