非常棒的一次入住体验！一栋全玻独栋house， 四面玻璃门窗干净明亮，外部以高型绿植遮蔽 ，印入眼里的全是绿色；房间内部很干净整齐，设施齐全 ，动线布局流线合理；院子公区设置有游泳池，有专业服务生打理，干净有序；房东人非常好，友善、包容，很有耐心，尽力帮我们解决提出的问题，非常负责和蔼！ 位置也很方便，隔壁就是7/11，去往夜市也就10多分钟路程，离拉迈海滩15-20 walk～ 总之是一次很好的入住经历，如果有机会再去苏梅岛，还会选择这家民宿！
房子很漂亮，干净，电费不包括，但是房子性价比还是很高的。游泳池挺大的，不错。对面的green cafe非常好吃，性价比高。周围很多的店铺，离乐购和7-11都很近。非常好的房子
Par非常热情好客，刚到就拉着我们参观房子和周围的环境，还免费给我们多一个房间，真的超级棒！非常关心我们两个小女生，对于问题和要求也是有求必应，虽然我们英文很差沟通起来有点困难，但还是让我们感受到了温暖，宾至如归。是一次非常好的住宿体验，期待下次再见啦。
My wife, our 6-month-old baby, and I spent three weeks there, and I must say we enjoyed every moment of it. The villa is simply stunning - spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably maintained. The beds were comfortable, and both the air conditioning and shower worked flawlessly. One of the aspects we appreciated most was the convenient location. With a 7/11 just a 2-minute walk away. The beach and numerous restaurants were within a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute scooter ride. Speaking of dining options, we were surprised by the variety of nearby establishments, from charming Thai restaurants to a delightful French bakery. I extend our gratitude to the people working around the villas, particularly the owner. Par went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing valuable tips, promptly addressing any queries we had, and assisting with arrangements throughout our stay. In conclusion, we recommend Coco Layma villa to anyone considering a stay in Koh Samui. It exceeded our expectations.

Hi, My short name is Par, I live in Koh Samui Thailand, I graduated from University and began to work with tourists and 5 star resorts across Thailand. I met my husband whom was a local person to this Koh Samui Island, we have 2 sons whom go to International School. Therefore, I needed to give up my job, so we thought about what we could do and still be good parents and there for our boys, so we decided to build a small Resort names "Coco Layma" which consists of 7 villas nestled between a garden & swimming pool. There are 6 with 2 bedrooms and 1 with 1 bedroom with the Luxury Modern Style. We are honest, reliable, full of service mind and I speak perfect English, we would love to host you to come and stay in one of our new, luxury modern and comfy villas.
