This is an exceptional bnb with exceptional hosts. Very responsive and very friendly. Immediately felt like staying with old friends. The accommodation was lovely, very clean and comfortable. The location is unbeatable and we walked everywhere. Close to downtown without being too close to downtown. I would highly recommend this bnb as a wonderful place to stay.

Stayed for one night and the room was really comfy with everything we needed. Nice area, took about 25 mins to walk back from city centre. We hadn't realised that more than one room in the house was on air BnB'd so staying with hosts as well as other air BnB guests. This wasn't a problem when we were there - the house is huge :)

We had a great stay in Emily and Ryan's place! Emily was responsive to messages in advance and very helpful. We got clear info in advance for checking in and the house was unique and quirky. The room was clear and comfortable, and we had a peaceful stay! :)

Unfortunately, Emily was working out of town so we didn’t get to meet her. Ryan was lovely… very friendly and helpful. The kittens were a lovely homely touch and the room was clean and well presented. Lots of amenities were nearby and Ubers helped us get around easily. Really recommend Emily and Ryan’s place.
