I have nothing but positive things to say. Everything met my expectations. Silvia and her boyfriend are very nice, sympathetic people that are always willing to help. They took an interest in me during my stay and offered any help if I needed anything. The accommodation was clean, cosy and there was plenty of privacy. I wish all the hosts were like Silvia. They made the beginning of my moving to Spain more stress free and made me feel like at home. I am glad that I have chose this apartment, it was the best option! I recommend 10000%. ❤️

Siliva was as kind and generous a host as you could hope to find: warm, open, well-traveled, and friendly while also respecting my privacy and independence. She and her BF Kiko went out of their way to be helpful and open, including bending over backwards to accommodate my need to work on a tough deadline for most of my time there. When Silvia saw that I enjoyed working on her terrace, she brought out a table and chair for me so I could at least spend my days working in the sunshine. So kind! The room has both heating and air conditioning, and Silvia is that rare host who really and truly invites her guests to share her kitchen, including making room for my things in the fridge and on shelves and sharing her spices, oil, etc. Silvia was also very helpful with some tasks that involved someone with FAR better Castellano than mine. Both Silvia and Kiko speak excellent English, by the way, in addition to Castellano and Catalan.

I stayed for a month while searching for a permanent appartment, and it was a great stay. Silvia and her boyfriend are very friendly, accomodating, and interesting people. The place is clean and organized. The location feels a bit removed from the rest of barcelona, but the metro ride is pretty okay. Usually took me 20/30 minutes to go where i needed to be in gracia or eixample. Make sure to enjoy the great views as well

Silvia is a very helpful and friendly host. Communication with her was always very easy and straight forward. We enjoyed our stay and felt welcome. She also had some good advice for our start in Barcelona. The neighborhood is quiet and not as touristic which we liked.
