If this property is restored to its original standard it would be an exceptional property given the size of house, amenities and location. There are two primary challenges with this property at present. 1) There was extensive fire damage due to previous occupants which have destroyed the master bathroom and caused extensive internal water leaking. I have great empathy for the owner in this regard as this is not controllable. The extent of the damage should have been communicated in advance though 2) The property has a variety of unrelated maintenance issues which you would not expect given the associated cost. The issues range from leaking showers, to broken appliances, leaking swimming pool and interior finishes which do not resemble the photographs provided The owner seems truly perplexed and concerned about the challenges. He was always willing to engage and tried his best to resolve issues. In fairness though the property in its current condition should not be leased out until the fire damage is repaired and the internal maintenance challenges are resolved. Once that is done this property would come highly recommended.

Lovely modern place to stay with easy access to addo and lots of fun stuff to do on the river. Lovely pool and entertainment areas. would definitely recommend.

Great house with an awesome layout. Close to river. Kids loved walking to the jetty to fish. Inside to outside braai, bar area and big screen projector was well used. Thanks.
