Pros - We never met Didier, but Urzane welcomed us ans help us. She's a lovely lady. - Great location to the best beach in Praslin (Anse Lazio). 1km away. - Big and nice apartment. Well equipped. - Late checkout not charged! Cons: - Communication wasn't great. We never got directions or address to get to the place. - Hidden costs: when we arrived, the host confirmed that there was an extra island tax of 25 seychelles rupees per head and per day, which wasn't noted in the airbnb publication. - Lost of electricity: one day when we arrived home after having dinner out, we realized there wasn't electricity in the penthouse. We didn't know if it was just us or the island. Sent a message to the host around 10pm and no answer back until 10am the next day. Which resulted not only in a horrible night without A/C, flashlights or candles, but we had to go to another hotel in the city Centre to charge our phones and have breakfast (because we couldn't boil water) This resulted in extra costs

Great accommodation 10/15mins away from Anse Lazio! We especially loved observing the bats at nightfall from the comfy sofas in the house. TV has Netflix and other streaming services and the owner filled the fridge upon arrival (which was very thoughtful). Bed is really comfy and overall the place feels like home. The owner is very nice and reactive :) Will book again!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Didiers Penthouse und waren positiv überrascht, den Kühlschrank voll mit Sachen fürs Frühstück vorzufinden. Herzlichen Dank. Ausserdem steht ein grosser Wasserspender in der Küche, den man nützen kann. Das Penthouse ist sehr gepflegt und gut und modern eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Ausserdem durften wir die Waschmaschine nützen, was sehr hilfreich war. Casa Grande liegt an der letzten Bushaltestelle Richtung Anse Lazio und gleich um die Ecke liegt Anse Boudin, welche uns sehr viel besser gefallen hat als Anse Lazio. Didier war jederzeit erreichbar und antwortete innert kurzer Zeit. Wir können Casa Grande sehr empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Einziger Minuspunkt: wer grösser als 1,85 cm ist, hat Schwierigkeiten ausgestreckt ins Bett zu passen. Dennoch genossen wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr und können diese schöne Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Ursanne did welcome us with fresh juice and food. She showed us the apartment and gave us suggestions what to do in Praslin. And when we left, we even got fresh fruits from her. The villa itself is very nice and it's only a 15 minute walk to one of the nicest beaches of Praslin. During the stay we asked if there is washing detergent available in the apartment and Ursanne immediately brought us some (we didn't expect that, we just wanted to know). Absolute recommendation!
