Sam's house was warm, clean and comfortable in a very central location for us. He was a great host, always available for any queries. Special mention must to the enormous comfortable sofa, lovely to relax on and look out on the beautiful garden. Despite its location it was very quiet and peaceful. Many thanks for a great stay

We've stayed here several times while visiting family and always found it comfortable and convenient. It's also obviously a building of wonderful character and Sam has been an exemplary host.

We had a lovely stay in the old schoolhouse. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Check in was easy and Sam was responsive and very helpful. We had a wonderful time in Ballymena and Belfast was only a 30 min drive away. Would definitely recommend staying here!
