Summers Dream is set in the Negril suburban area approx. 8 miles from downtown Negril, and offers a private beach, and a large outdoor swimming pool. The home comes with 2 bedrooms, living and dining, and a large kitchen with stove and microwave oven. The air-conditioned home also offers 2 and a half bathrooms with a full bath. Breakfast can be ordered from a takeout restaurant for an affordable price. Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay is approximately 45 miles away. This townhouse is a beautiful home located in Little Bay Country Club, a quiet gated community, with modern homes surrounded by beautiful tropical floral gardens. This home and surrounding homes have the most exquisite tropical flowers you will ever see. A small walk to the clubhouse, pool and private beach is refreshing. This home is located on the main strip in Negril on Norman Manley Boulevard where all the major resorts are located. Access to downtown Negril is easy, route taxis are abundant and very inexpensive. To save expenses a visit to the grocery store is also available by taking the Route Taxis. Located downtown is the Hi Lo supermarket, or “The Supermarket” in Orange Bay heading in the opposite direction approximately 5 miles from Little Bay. The taxi fare should be no more than US $5 (Approx. $500 Jamaican Dollars). This supermarket is much less expensive than Hi Lo store, and is my preference when I stay at the property.
