A great base for exploring Cole's Bay and surrounding areas. It is well equipped with basic items and generally has anything you might need. We travelled with our 4 month old baby and whilst they provided a travel cot, it wasn't set up when we arrived which is something worth bearing in mind if you have a grumpy babe from travelling! We had a few issues with warmth where the room we sleeping in got down to 15° (no central heating) while we were there but the team were quick to offer some suggestions and provided us with an extra electric radiator. So your comfort depends on what you seem as an acceptable room temperature! There was a fireplace provided but no valve to control the amount of oxygen getting to the fire without leaving the door open. We also seemed to have an ant issue (I caught one crawling over my baby's head in the cot!) which I flagged and they were quick to address. Pretty harmless but it meant we had to be quick on it with keeping our food out of sight.

View is awesome. House was very clean, well presented and tidy. Location is walkable to cafe, pizza place and mini-mart. Hosts are a business so you will receive lots of long automated messages with terms, conditions and new rules not in AirBnB listing like a $5 charge if you want an extra towel per guest. We provided feedback with no response to the TV sound being intermittent, an ant infestation in kitchen and dryer were not working. I am sure will be fixed up for next guests.
Beaut place to stay. Very picturesque and great location. Terrific places to walk too and short drive to Freycinet carpark for Winglass Bay walking trails. Not to mention a view from the cottage to die for! Love Coles Bay and hope to come back. Thank you.
Great location. Great views. Dryer was broken so couldn’t do washing and gas bottle was showing empty and we couldn’t use it. When we raised with on our second day them they sent through instructions on why it may have been incorrectly showing empty but still couldn’t get it to work.

You will need a vehicle to get here and to venture out to see the sights. There is no public transport here or taxis.
