This apartment was ideal for a few days at the beach. It has best equipped kitchen we have ever seen in an Airbnb and the beds are super comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great accommodations! Will plan to stay when back in the area. Likely the best host in 20 years of using rentals. There was no detail missed. Everything was clean and great quality. Such a charming condo with plenty of space for 2 couples or family.

Lisa and Dean were amazing hosts-friendly, responsive and so helpful! Their home was beautiful and clean, and the most completely equipped of any Air BnB we have visited. If you are visiting New Smyrna Beach, you will want to stay here!

Great place for the money. I had a small accident and damaged some of their property and they repaired it the same day. Definitely recommend.

5 stars for the host & for the condo. Lisa was such an amazing host. So kind & very quick to answer any questions. The condo was fantastic. I have been going to seaward condo for 30+ years so I am very familiar with the condo building. The building itself has been kept clean & there are new stairs to the beach. The pool was not heated so something to keep in mind in the winter. Lisa’s condo was very clean & well equipped with all of the necessities + more. Only (very small) complaint was the WiFi went in & out a lot. I will for sure be staying here again!
