I don’t know what the criteria is on Air b&b to be given the title superhost but what I can say is all the years ( and there has been a lot of them) that I have come to Jamaica and decided not to stay in hotels but to Air B&B , Dan and Maureen I have found to be superhosts . I have stayed across Richmond estate many times , I have stayed at the Vista and Drax Hall, Dan and Maureen’s accommodation is the first place I have come that has been well equipped with toiletries , soap powder, toilet paper , dust bin bags ,pots pans plates , extra bedding countless towels and beach towels and so responsive to any messages always available at the end of the phone and flexible in allowing my family due to the circumstances of our visit. The use of the private beach at Cardiff Hall was a bonus ( despite someone trying to break into our car by breaking the side window) beautiful clear water and quiet and the recommendation to visit Konoko Falls was a great recommendation from Dan !

If you are looking for a home away from home in paradise, book your stay with Dan. Everything you can hope for in regards to communication, and resourceful you will find with Dan. The Richmond community is absolutely beautiful, and safe. I would recommend having a car because there is so much to see and do. My family and I loved Flavours Beach which is a few miles down the road. The smokehouse right across the street and The Jerk Centre a few miles away both have great food and good vibes 🎶🎶🇯🇲🇯🇲

This home is pristine. It has a beachy airy feel to it. My family and I felt very safe and loved every minute of it. We extended our stay an extra 2 days. Dan made our stay even more comfortable by suggesting a plethora of places for us to visit. We loved the pool area and the private beach. This home is a MUST! Dan thanks again for hosting us so graciously. We definitely will visit again.

This is a very beautiful and comfortable home. The home is equipped with most essential items. You can view the Caribbean Sea from the porch and drive way and feel the sea breeze. The community is very quite and safe. The residents are very polite and welcoming. The property is located in Richmond Estate community, cool shade. This is about 20-25 minutes from the town of Ocho Rios, 15 mins from Dunns river falls and dolphin cove. The facility beach is about 1.15 mile up the street. The host was great, he responded to all my messages in a very timely manner, sometimes within minutes. A plus for customer service.

Our family absolutely loved the place, very nice, clean, quiet, relaxing and welcoming neighborhood. Checking in and out was a breeze and Dan’s response time was very fast. Considering we had to extend our stay at the very last minute and he was able to accommodate us. And OMG the access to the private beach was really the icing on the cake! We really fulljoyed Dan’s lovely home and looking forward to visiting and staying again.
