A great place for our weekend beach getaway.

Booked this nice townhome in Rehoboth for a long weekend in late September. My wife and I brought my 91 year old mother. My Mom gets along pretty well but we still had some concerns about access. The steps were a bit steep with a 180 degree bend but the treads had good grip and the railing was secure. The upstairs bedroom was perfect and shower accessible. The only thing lacking was a grab rail in the shower though it did have a seat. The house is very well equipped and had everything we needed. It's recently remodeled and in excellent condition. The screened in porch was very nice, the TV is huge with both cable and Netflix. Sadly we needed the TV because it rained with high winds all weekend. The beach is a little over a block away with the bathhouse at the end of the street. Many restaurants, shops and things to do within an easy walking distance. This house is in a block of modern townhomes yet somehow does not interfere with the charm of the old Rehoboth Beach homes in the area

Great location, and ample sleeping and living space for our family. Would definitely consider staying here again when we come back to the area.
