A wonderful place to stay! We lived in the house for two weeks with our one-year-old son. The house has everything you need for comfort. In the kitchen you can prepare food, there are all the necessary utensils, kitchen appliances, blender, rice cooker, sandwich maker, refrigerator, gas stove. Own washing machine. There is a boiler in the shower, you can take a hot shower. There are fans in all rooms and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Smart TV and excellent Wi-Fi. Beautiful garden with fruit trees, lawn, flowers. There is an outdoor grill. 10 minutes to the beach by car/bike. Calm and quiet. We felt very comfortable in the house with a child. The owners live in a separate house nearby. Very responsive. They treated us to fruits and coconuts from the garden. There is mini market nearby, 2 min walk. We recommend the Samanthi's house for a stay.

Nous sommes restés 1 semaine chez Samanthi avec nos enfants de 3 et 8 ans. Nous avons adoré l emplacement au calme a l écart de Galle et des plages et a la fois accessibles en 10 minutes ! Nous avons pu faire de nombreuses visites hors des sentiers battus aux alentours (temple, forêt de Kottawa...) Samanthi ets une hôte a la fois très accueillante et proactive et a la fois discrète. Tout les équipements marchaient et étaient propres (ce qui est rare dans ce budget au Sri Lanka) Tres bon rapport qualité prix!C est le seul hébergement réservé longtemps à l avance. Si c était à refaire je réserverai tous nos hébergements longtemps à l avance!

We are very grateful to Samanthi and her husband for our stay. We liked the village a lot. We had a lot of nice surprises from this family, such as delicious dinner and other things. Samanthi was very helpful. The villa is really nice, a beautiful garden, an air condition in both rooms. We rent a bike to go to the beach, it takes 15 minutes. Samanthi stayed in contact with us every time when we’ve needed help. A kitchen fully equipped. Hot water, Wi-Fi. Spacious living room.

The place is very peaceful, surrounded by trees and shrubs. It's a bird's paradise. Peacocks were frequently visiting the place and perched on the trees. The house is a very typical Sri Lanka house with basic furniture and amenities providing comfortable staying. Samanthi and her husband were very kind and responded without hesitation to all our requests.

The accommodation is wonderful, with all possible amenities. It is on the 1st floor of the house. The apartments are spacious, air-conditioned in the bedrooms, the kitchen has everything you need, except the microwave. Excellent modern bathroom with different types of showers (good pressure of hot water, cool rain shower). The owners are a wonderful family, delicate and sympathetic people, they helped to rent a car cheaper, quickly helped to solve any problems. The house is completely safe (there are cameras, bars on the windows, the owners live nearby). It takes about 10 minutes by car or bike to get to any beach of Unawatuna, to Galle (supermarkets, fish market). Within walking distance (3 minutes) - there is a good mini-shop near the house. Walking to the beach is about 40 - 50 minutes, the surroundings are very nice. No terrible insects at home, the bedrooms are quite quiet (even on weekends, when there are parties all over the district). So we enjoyed a lot our stay!
