Our stay at Norma’s place was great. The location is excellent and we really enjoyed our patio!!! The air fryer/oven was perfect for doing up some meals, as well as the charcoal BBQ. The air con worked well in both the bedrooms and the main living area. All in all it was a very pleasant stay. The beds were comfy. That being said it could use a bit of an update in the bathrooms and kitchen but if you aren’t caught up in brand new then this place is a true gem. The location fantastic! Right by the pool and close to the beach!!!! Norma was excellent in taking care of all our needs!!! Thanks for the great stay!

Norma fue una excelente anfitriona, siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros. La villa como tal muy bonita y comoda, con una hermosa vista a la playa y una terraza muy agradable, sin embargo la propiedad no tiene playa como tal, el mar llega directo a las escaleras y al ir con niños, esto no me resulto muy conveniente ya que tenia que caminar para pasarme a las playas de los hoteles contiguos. Tambien al ser parte de un hotel y coincidir con temporada alta, las albercas estaban super llenas y la alberca con calefacion estaba ya muy sucia, ya que las personas hospedadas en el hotel, del lado de la marina, cruzaban para acceder a las albercas del condomino, lo cual fue la locura y quitaba privacidad. Como punto a favor, la zona de Marina queda a una corta distancia a pie, para ir a dar un paseo o a los restaurantes.

I believe this place needs much attention and maintenance especially the bathrooms, poor water pressure, no hot water and draining issues. I had to leave to a different place after the first day. It’s a shame because the location is great easy access to the pool and beach but the place needs serious repairs. I really hope the owner puts in the effort to address these terrible conditions. On a positive note the owner is very responsive and answers messages in a timely manner. Thank you

My family and I were thrilled with the beautiful setting, scenary and yet sense of privacy that the condo offered. The expansive windows overlooking the pool , ocean and little stub rock wall gave us our unique space within the Vamar resort area. We enjoyed sitting out in the private courtyard, practicing yoga, drinking coffee with all the early morning activity and beauty just beyond our little yard. Some basic upgrades are needed for aesthetic purposes but EVERYTHING important and necessary for a fabulous 2 week stay was within our unit. Oxxo is close by, the marina and great restaurants are very close and the service we received poolside (paying cash within an all inclusive resort) was beyond excellent! (We may have been lucky with our offerings of generous propenias from the onset, but attention from the bartender and server was flawless! Great A/C units in both bedrooms and living room. The washer/dryer was appreciated as well. Hope to return here.. again and again!
