the flat is in an excellent location, easily walkable to numerous museums and other destinations. the flat is essentially at street level, though in the back of the building. the three, wall to wall floor-to-ceiling glass doors in the main room open out to the courtyard, providing lots of light and air. there is air conditioning in main room and in bedroom with en-suite bathroom, temperature was always very comfortable in the flat even during the days when it was 27-29 in Munich. Anton is a very responsive host. would happily stay here again!

Very clean, modern apartment perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of dish-ware to cook a meal and plenty of restaurant choices with just a few blocks. 15 minute walk to center city. Would definitely return if we find ourselves in Munich again.

Wonderful stay in Munich. The apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities. Close to Marienplatz - lots of great shopping and restaurants. Also close to public transportation. Would absolutely stay here again.
