We had an amazing time at Federica's place! We knew what we were in for with the stairs, but the view from the terrace made it totally worth it. With the hot weather and all the walking we did during our stay, it was so wonderful to go back to the room for our own private aperitivo time on the terrace with the best view of the sunset. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked great, and the kitchenette had all the supplies we needed. For how large Rome is, the location is quite central. We would 100% stay here again!

This was the most wonderful spectacular lover’s Eagle Nest 🪹 🦅 you could ever imagine. Very very comfortable firm bed. Has everything you need and is so high in the sky! Overlooks Roma Vatican and churches and everything. Cathedral Church bells 🔔 in the morning . Balcony is spectacularly done but it’s the view! ❤️❤️💙❤️❤️💙❤️❤️❤️❤️

This place is the perfect spot for the solo traveller. The view on the terrace was wonderful and the 7 flights of stairs means you can indulge a little more in the delicious food in Roma

Great place for people like us who don't mind the stairs. The place itself is so cool. Very small but who cares. The patio and view are amazing. Location is great.

Federica was responsive and accommodating. I was a little surprised as the listing is referred to as ‘entire condo’ but it is really one room with a bathroom. The couch has to be disassembled in order to pull the bed down. Although the listing states 7 flights up, each flight has about 3 landings and the final staircase is tiny, which makes me think the ‘apartment’ is an attic. This was very difficult for my husband as he bumped his head everyday. The bathroom was clean but overall smelled a little moldy. The balcony view is beautiful and what makes the apartment and Federica responded to all of my questions.
