I loved Neil's place. It was in walking distance of anything you need for a short and longterm stay. He was very proactive, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. I would stay at this place again.

Shower above the bath no handles for assistance Iam 83yrs and it was a struggle my wife 82yrs was unable to use this bath being of hip replacement many months ago to dangerous (she had to shower at her neice place). No mop to clean the floors (borrow one from neice)Hot water temp up and down may need ajusting .Back yard was littered with black plastic bags and was needing a general clean up This was completed and cleaned up in two days after we arrived. Good points Comfortable bed . Quiet . Easy for Transport. Resturants and Shops .

Neil is one of the most helpful and understanding hosts we’ve ever had in 7 years of Airbnb. He was kind and generous, quick to respond and ready to help. He even left a quick snack for our arrival which was super nice as we came from a long journey. The place is spacious and filled with natural light in a quiet street, even the neighbors are quiet which is a small miracle.

I would give it if I had six stars to Neil and his lovely flat if Air BnB allowed me it. The place has the right size for singles or couples and features all the facilities needed for a nice stay in Dundee. The street is charming, Perth Road has pubs, restaurants, and local markets and the flat is 5 minutes away from the University of Dundee. Neil is a terrific host, being supportive from day one to day fourteen. Thanks for sharing your place, mate.
