Joyce was over the top friendly and accommodating. She even rushed over with a minor issue I had - which was above and beyond. Close to the airport, quiet neighborhood. Parking is a challenge. The house has one narrow driveway and when I arrived the next door neighbors had filled it. The other option is parking on the grass in the yard Amenities were few - but it had everything I needed for a quick stay. No toiletries provided - just heads up Biggest negative was the bed - super uncomfortable mattress and all the mattresses are still wrapped in their thick plastic. Makes for a noisy night of tossing and turning and a sore back the next morning. As far as hospitality - you cannot get better than Joyce!
