Shaun was quick to respond and very accommodating, allowing us to check in a little early so we could attend an event with our granddaughter. It was exactly as described and fit perfectly for what we needed to be close to family. Would definitely stay again in the future. Plenty of space on and off property to walk our dogs, with lots of nearby parks that are dog friendly.

Upon check in the trash outside was filled to capacity for days. There is a REALLY bad ant infestation in the kitchen to point where I could barely cook without them swarming & in the back bedroom. Also there were dead bees in the window ceil & a water leak in the back bedroom. The fridge is very loud & the house makes weird unexplained noises at night. To be charged a $99 cleaning fee you expect the properties to the clean & pest free upon check in. Overall it was ok but after a few days, it began to became uncomfortable.

our experience was amazing, from booking inquiries to check-in instructions. A great option for anyone wanting to spend a weekend in Baltimore/Washington area. The place was extremely clean and well maintained, the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely book again if in the area.
