I lived in Gabi's AirBnb this stay for about 1.5 years. This was my second stay at Gabi's after another stay where I was there for about 9 months. Gabi's place is great. The terrace and the parrilla are truly wonderful, and the place is very large. I lived here my wife and I, and it could comfortably fit more people with its extra bedroom. The ACs work great, the space is comfortable, and Gabi/his mom are really great hosts. Everything that we ever needed over the time in this AirBnb was handled very quickly/immediately, and I would highly recommend staying in Gabi's spot for any traveller and any sort of stay. Very well-located for public transit, and quiet, tranquil neighborhood.

Fantastic. 8th floor, looking NW. No claustrophobia here. Met by Gabriel’s Mum, Yolanda. A lovely lady. She told us all we need to know and was available at the end of the phone with valuable local tips. The metro is a 10 mins down Monroe. A perfect location. Apartment: - Cery clean on arrival. Main bedroom: - lovely size, with a big walk-in wardrobe. TV on the wall, if you like TV. Fast internet in each room. 2nd bedroom (unfurnished). Had guests briefly stay. Yolanda kindly provided an additional mattress. Main bathroom and 2nd toilet - both big, well-equipped and well illuminated. Kitchen: - bijou but with everything you need. Living room has a table with 6 chairs and a long, comfortable sofa. Air-conditioning throughout but despite the heat, we didn’t use it. Balcony has an efficient washing machine. An awning cuts out the extremes of sunshine. A well-constructed asador. Value for money. Very attentive owners. We felt at home. Yes, we recommend this apartment.

Best value for an AirBnb I have ever stayed in hands down. I live/work in Buenos Aires and stayed here for 5 months spending most days working remotely from Gabi's place. Super great neighborhood with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, etc. and very close to all types of public transit to explore the city. Quiet neighborhood, tons of space in the apartment. Great AC, great bed. Gabriel and Yolanda are great hosts, too. Beautiful terrace and grill. Truly one of the best places I've ever stayed and I could recommend it for to any traveller coming to Buenos Aires for a long or short stay.

La estadía fue buena. Estuvimos hospedados 3 meses, así que depende para que se hospeden puede cambiar la importancia de las comodidades de busque el que renta. En nuestro caso, no somos.demasiado exigentes, pero nos gusta ser objetivos a la hora de opinar en airbnb, porque esa es la idea de esta comunidad. Gabriel es un anfitrión muy atento, que a pesar de no estar en Argentina, él y, a través madre estuvieron siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades. Nosotros estuvimos con nuestras perritas y siempre fue muy cordial en aceptarlas sin ningún problema. La ubicación y tranquilidad dl barrio es muy buena, al igual que los vecinos del edificio. El balcón terraza está muy bueno, pero le falta decoración y comodidades (por ejemplo: mesa y silla para disfrutarlo) Gabriel me explicó que las sillas y mesas que ha ido poniendo allí se le estroperon por la lluvia y el sol. La cocina es chica, pero tiene bastantes utensillos (tal vez falte una tostadora para mayor comodidad). En cuanto al living comedor, puedo decir que le falta un televisor (solo tiene tv en el cuarto para usar con chrome cast) y sería importante tener acceso a tv x cable. También podría estar un poco más decorado. La habitación principal muy cómoda y funcional (tiene un muy buen vestidor). La segunda habitación está vacía (no tiene cama ni muebles). Ese es un aspecto que seguramente Gabriel mejorará. Los baños bien, y cuando tuvimos algún problemita fue solucionado. Las recomendaciones particulares se las comenté en privado. Gracias!

Gran departamento para estancias prolongadas. Vivi 2 meses en ese depto y me senti como en casa. El balcon terraza con parrilla es ideal para estos tiempos en donde uno debe estar encerrado en casa. La cocina, aunque pequeña, tiene todo lo necesario. el living comedor es amplio y comodo asi como la habitacion con cama doble. Si debo volver a BsAs ojala este nuevamente disponible. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y atentos.
