Great location between old town and beaches. Mark organised a good scooter, delivered to the accommodation, no passport required. Grab cabs are very cheap so elected to not use the scooter to go to the centre of old town… the intersections could be a little hairy. Scooter was great for exploring the back roads when heading to the beach or other surroundings. Pool and accommodation was great. A bit of noise from chooks and local dogs but that was all part of it we figured. Loved having the space the villa provided. Looking forward to returning in the future. Mark and Thu were great hosts and Hoi An has a lot to offer.

We had an absolutely memorable stay at Marks. The Airbnb itself was flawless with everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed evening dips in the pool and early morning bike rides into the old town and to the grocery store nearby. Mark was exceptionally hands-on. A stunning place on Planet Earth. We loved every minute of our stay at the villa. The place looks as stunning as the photos, it was tidy and clean and very spacious. Mark has made us welcome and was always responsive. We had our own bikes which we used every day to get to Hoi An and the Beaches, cycling through rice fields and towns nearby was a true highlight of our stay. Breakfast is delicious and freshly made at the time of our choosing. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Would love to come back one day.

We stayed at Mark's place during our honeymoon for 11 nights, if only we had longer! The place was spotlessly clean, the garden and pool area was even bigger than it looks in the pics, and the pool was nice and warm (even at night), probably due to the whole garden having the sun all day. The upper floor terrace has a lovely view of the greenery with little bit of the river poking through - very relaxing whilst sitting on the egg chairs! Communication with Mark was excellent throughout, don't think we waited longer than 5 mins for message reply. Was there to greet us at the villa and see us off when we left, and popped in every couple of days to see if we needed anything. Also went to the pharmacy for us when we felt a bit ill, which was above and beyond. Tho was so lovely, couldn't do enough for us and always with a big smile on her face, and excited for us try her different breakfasts, coffee and juices in the morning. All in all a 10/10 stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to return!
