This rental was absolutely amazing ! This was by far our most favorite rental and we rent in this area of Florida every year . The views were gorgeous and the first level was awesome for easy pool and beach access and there were even bathrooms right outside our door . It had all the amenities you could want and the keypad entry was easy to use and the place was gorgeous ! I would definitely come back again !!! Rate this one a 100 out of 10 !!!!

I do not recommend this condo. The location is great but that’s all it has going for it. The floors were so dirty our feet were black, there was an open outlet with wires hanging next to one of the beds, the place had mosquitoes, the AC couldn’t be below 72, one set of sheets were dirty, the noise level from the AC, water heater, ice maker etc made it hard to sleep, there was a spot on the bathroom ceiling with the paper peeled back and mold underneath, everything felt damp. The management company did not respond to my calls or messages until days later. They promised to send cleaners and new sheets and no one ever came or replied again. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY! AVOID!

Beautiful beach view. Walk right out past the pool onto the beach. Great weather, good food and family. Don’t get any better than that.
