If you are looking for a pristine, comfortable and beautifully remodeled apartment in PARIS this is THE ONE! Better than pictures, tastefully decorated, full of light, modern shower, chef appliances, extremely comfy bed ..it has it all. Claire was an amazing host, very proactive, prompt replies, great recommendations. Thank you ! 5 STARS TO EVERYTHING.

Claire is a wonderful host who communicates very well with guests. I am grateful for that. The apartment is well cared for, clean and filled with interesting colors and art. It has a comfortable , peaceful and happy vibe. It is close to the big train station in Paris which makes it very easy to travel to and from any destination. There were plenty of towels, bedding, a washing machine, and well-equipped kitchen . Everything was clearly labeled to keep the guesswork out of what we could use. There was even a "good morning" label on the mirror! I love the little personal and friendly touches! There is only one quirky thing to be aware of, which is that the toilet is in a small alcove across the apartment from the bathroom. It is near the kitchen, so it is near a sink for hand washing, but if you are a very large person, you should be aware that it will be hard for you to use the toilet with the door closed. The apartment was perfect for us, we highly recommend it!

I stayed in Claire's space over NYE. It is just outside the city center, but so very convenient to public transport. The place is charming, and you literally could not ask for a more lovely Paris apartment. It is thoughtful, charming, and ideal for someone traveling alone or a couple. This is the way all AirBnB's should be - a real flat in a bustling city taht makes you feel like home. Truly amazing. I recommend to everyone.

American visitors will face minimal adjustments to stay at Claire’s. The elevator is tiny-will accommodate 1 person with luggage, 2 without. Flat is on 1st French floor, 2nd floor American, stairs are wide and well lit. Building feels secure. Located across the street from a large hospital, but we only rarely heard ambulances. Amazingly soundproof new windows throughout. Full kitchen-dishwasher, washer/dryer combo, convection oven, microwave, toaster, drip/espresso maker and hot water kettle, all looking brand-new. Antique oak floors. Claire requests no shoes on the beautifully finished wood. No problem as apartment was cozy warm at all times in winter temps. Although Montmartre and Sacre Coeur are nearby, this really isn’t a touristy neighborhood, so plan time accordingly—Gare du Nord is at the end of the street and offers access to multiple Metro and RER lines as well as main lines to parts of Europe + London. HIGHLY recommend. Highly responsive host.

Claire's place is beautiful, super comfortable, impeccably clean and so much more! It is decorated with elegance and taste, and carefully organised to provide a really comfortable experience that feels like home. I would recommend it strongly and wish to return as well!
