Good location and property but other than that service is very lacking. The listing agent appears to be a super host who contracts local people to provide service as hosts. I found the communication with the listing agent to be very good but it’s challenging to communicate with the local host as no English is spoken at all. The room isn’t exactly clean, as we found food residues in the microwave and there are molds on the bathroom mirrors among several other things. Lots of cutlery pieces but most are dirty and rusty. Some lights are not working. There are 3 bedrooms as listed, but upon arrival only one of them was prepared and it’s in the basement. Seriously, despite it being the largest, who in their right mind would choose the basement to sleep especially when it has a bad mold smell?? Actually, we paid for the entire property which has 3 bedrooms as listed, shouldn’t all of them be prepared? We had to ask for an additional set of bedding which was not delivered until the third day. As a result we had to move all the bedding from the basement and prepare the master Bedroom ourselves. We ended up not being able to use the crib bed as it’s hard to move it from the basement and the three of us got stuck on the same full size bed. Speaking of the essentials, no shampoo or body wash or whatsoever were provided and we had to go to the supermarket at night to get the minimum set of things needed for a typical Airbnb guest. As a matter of fact, In the kitchen they even. had a post on the wall asking all guests to take away all their garbage when they leave. I mean, if you decide to operate things in this interesting unique way, with all due respect, please make it clear in your listing. This is not what we would expect.
